Why

This pandemic is a shock to us all. It is like when I found out Trump was president. The same shock  and disbelief. iAs the saying goes, Everything happens for a reason. The reason is what we have to figure out. It goes way beyond a virus that can kill humans. It is a wake up call to the way things have been managed, or mismanaged. What to believe, what is the truth and with our own beliefs how do we sort out what we believe to be the truth. It might be the dark night of the soul. It is a time for many in the time of isolation to question what is important in their lives. How do I pay the bills, buy food. If I have enough can I help others. What about the poor and homeless that have bee left on their own to survive best they can. This definitely makes all of us realize that we are all connected to the whole globe, Technology  and communication are uniting us. In the midst of despair love and compassion is radiating out in our thoughts and prayers. The world will never be the same. There is no going back, The cord is cut. We will move forward in a new way, all of us together will survive to create a better world. Do not be fearful, fear is negative and can weaken your immune system. It is projection into a future you do not want to create. Stay in the now and believe you are safe. We are surrounded by people that care for us, family, neighbors, friends and those we don’t even know. This is a new beginning, a birthing, a time for new inventions for a holistic world. It is coming, I know it is coming, be patient, believe  and it will come into being.

Audrey,

these are some of your most beautiful paintings--- Thank you for sharing them and thanks for being your wonderful self. I agree with you- this is a Brave new World that is coming into being- one step at a time. We may go through some hardships yet and certainly we will lose a lot of people we love... no one will emerge from this unscathed. But we will come through it anyway and be the better for it. And the world will be better too. I am sure of that... luv xox
