Leaving Back Cove

This is it folks, I had the call from Eugene OR and the apartment I applied for is available and I will be leaving in a month. Even though I knew it would happen I still am in shock that the time has come for me to leave my home of over 30 years. I am a person that gets attached to things, so leaving behind all the places and things I have grown to love is difficult.   As you know or my not know I have many paintings and the plan is now to bring them to OR. This will be an expensive move, coast to coast. Doug thinks we can rent a u-haul truck, pack it up and drive across the country. I am committed to shows Maine and Newburyport, this Spring and early summer and I will be leaving the painting for those shows here.
I have a plan for a GoFundMe buy a painting fund raising. I will post all the paintings for sale and buyers will pick a painting, pay for it and I will mail the painting to them. This must happen quickly because I have a lot to do and paintings must be mailed before I pack and leave.
Paintings in Savory Show.  I can mail After I get this set up. Those that are interested can view painting and chose one and when I get the information I will mail painting. I have been painting all my life, soon to turn 80 years old. I never tried to get a name for myself but I am a very good painter.
